Modularity design, this system consists of five parts: servo cylinder, E-Press industrial software, control box, monitoring instrument, and cable module. The control box realizes the operation control of the servo motor and the collection of pressure data, and E-Press industrial software has a built-in standard database, which can complete real-time display of force and displacement curves, window judgment, and envelope detection. Measurement data and assembly results can interact with PLC and servers to meet the traceability requirements of process data. The E-Join servo press system can be flexibly integrated into various control systems, and one monitor can monitor the simultaneous operation of multiple sets of servo cylinders.
Based on the windows platform, the software realizes the program of the press fitting process flow, the real-time display of pressure displacement curve and pressure time curve, and the simultaneous display of multiple press fitting steps and multiple press fitting curves of a work piece. It supports evaluation functions such as judgment windows, envelope curves, and measurements, etc., outputs OKING results, can set different permissions by using hierarchical user management, and its press fitting history records, operation logs, and alarm logs are easy to query. E-Press industrial software supports mainstream database formats such as MS SQL and ACCESS.
